APPOINTMENTS

• To secure your appointment a 20% non refundable deposit must be made, this will come off your total service
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill in all consent forms and 5 minutes for all further appointments

CANCELLATIONS

• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hrs prior to your appointment
• A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 48 hrs to your appointment

LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOWS

• If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, you will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited
• No shows will result in a 50% of the service booked
• No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with Nails Beauty Bar.
